Nick and Diana’s wedding at the Gila Valley LDS Temple in Southern Arizona was full of adorable backyard details, sweet laughter, and amazing family! After their fun engagement session in the Gila Box, I knew this would be day cram packed with joy and laughter. I met Diana when I photographed her brother Jason’s wedding. She was so sweet and helpful then, it’s so fun to see her now at her own wedding!
Nick and Diana met through a fun series of fortunate events, starting with Nick’s Dad getting a random haircut. He went home with Diana’s number to give to Nick. After a few days Nick went in for a haircut and left with a date! These two are so cute together and have joy bursting out of them!
With teal and yellow as their colors, Nick and Diana had the cutest rain boot themed decor, complete with “bridal boots” for Diana! Every detail was so cute and perfect for them and their day!
Diana’s Mom brought over the hat box of Great Grandma’s hankies for Diana to pick to carry on her wedding day, and it was so sweet!
And then Dad brought out the letters. These were letters that Diana’s Grandmother’s wrote to her for her wedding day. It was so sweet to have these touches!
As Diana sat in the living room with her family waiting for Nick to come pick her up, you could feel the excitement growing. She was ready, and she was bursting at the seams with excitement. The two laughed and giggled as they headed off to the temple to become husband and wife for time and all eternity.
One of my favorite parts of LDS Wedding Days is waiting out in front of the temple for the couple’s exit as husband and wife. They are always so happy and so excited!
Seriously, the rain boots couldn’t have been any more perfect!
You guys, the treats were amazing!!! These little pie cookies were my favorite!! But everything was phenomenal. Diana’s aunt put the dessert table together and it was just as tasty as it was cute!
Nick and Diana, thank you so much for inviting me into you day! Your families were so sweet and fun, and they treated me like gold. I loved getting to visit with aunts and uncles who were all so proud of the two of you. Ever detail was sweet, and your smiles were contagious! I can’t wait to see you two grow old together!
